The mission of Las Vegas Commercial Team Multi-Family division is to provide the same institutional quality management services that we have been providing to our commercial accounts for the last thirty years. Typical Multi-Family management companies focus primarily on the management of single and multi-family properties and therefore, all of their resources must be financed with revenue generated by their multi-family management fees. Colliers is a full service Real Estate Company, which allows us to have a much more elaborate set of resources that we can provide to our clients. Additionally, our company overhead is not 100% dependant upon property management revenue to support the operation, which enables us to allocate a higher percentage of the management fees to the management professionals. Marketing Services
Colliers provides a marketing staff consisting of in-house designers that will produce a variety of marketing materials, such as: property signs, full-color marketing flyers, brochures, posters, advertisements, etc., which can be custom designed to meet your property’s needs. The marketing department will also develop property web pages specific to your property and will post your property information on the applicable web sites.
The Director of Marketing will coordinate a marketing plan with the Director of Multi-Family Property Management that will ensure your property reaches its full potential.
The Listing and PR Coordinator assures that your property is posted to the most effective sites on the web, submits press releases to newspapers and real estate journals, and networks within the community to optimize exposure on your property. The Graphic Designers will tailor the marketing materials, such as the flyers, brochures, and advertisements, to the specifications of the property and they will also distribute the materials to a designated target list.
Research Department
Colliers provides an in-house research team that is dedicated to the research and reporting of local and non-local real estate for Colliers clients. The research department produces maps and reports that are used internally and externally throughout the market. An added benefit that will assist in increased rents is our ability to summarize and map competing properties and quantify rents and vacancy rates in competing properties. The research department continuously monitors market trends and can produce reports specific to your property.
Accounting Department
Colliers provides an in-house accounting department with extensive resources and years of experience. The department currently consists of two college degreed accountants serving as Financial Analysts, two clerks and a Director of Accounting. This experienced staff of accountants not only provides the accounting data needed on a monthly basis, but will also provide the insight to interpret the meaning of the data and how they will affect your investment strategy.
Maintenance and Construction Department
Colliers currently has a maintenance and construction department consisting of over twenty maintenance technicians and tradesmen. Quality preventative maintenance is provided by a professional in-house maintenance team or Colliers can provide a volume discount through competitively priced vendors. Many years of superior construction and maintenance management experience are provided internally. The extensive resources enable Colliers to operate our buildings at the lowest cost possible, while at the same time reducing response times and maintaining a high-quality service.
