STARTING A LEE OFFICE

Opportunities exist for qualified professionals to open new Lee group offices in real estate markets nationwide. Each office is licensed through a service mark agreement with the Lee & Associates group, but is individually owned and operated.

Lee & Associates maintains a venture capital fund to help fund the formation of new offices. No direct repayment of startup investment funds is necessary, as the venture group shares a percentage of the gross of the new business.

All Lee owner-brokers have the opportunity to join the venture capital group and share in the significant rewards.
