Ben Shimon Uri received his Bachelor of Science professional degree in Architecture from IIT, Illinois Institute of Technology, renowned for the Modern Mies van der Rohe School of Architecture. After spending several years working in Architecture/development in Chicago, Illinois, Ben moved to Las Vegas in 1998 and began his career in commercial real estate.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Ben Shimon worked for ReMax Commercial and owned his real estate investment and brokerage firm.

Ben was a co-founder of NationWide Realty, a brokerage real estate company in Las Vegas for 5 years before he decided to join Lee & Associates. 

Ben was also a co-founder of American Capital Real Estate Properties, a real estate investment company in Las Vegas.  The company specialized in the acquisition and disposition of multi family & land.

Ben brings to his clients an extensive background in land acquisition, market analysis and financial feasibility, development and building of facilities with related sales and leasing. Facilities have included industrial facilities, strip centers and mixed use projects.

Ben is currently a project manager at Tivoli Village at QueensridgeTivoli Village at Queensridge in Las Vegas. The $850 million Tivoli Village at Queensridge consists of 700,000 square feet of restaurant, retail and entertainment space, along with offices and residences.

Ben married in 1991 and has four daughters.
