Lisa Godley Gilstrap, CCIM, graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. Lisa has been licensed and practicing commercial real estate since 1988. She is also a 2001 graduate of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies.   Lisa is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates in February of 2002, Ms. Gilstrap was Senior Industrial and Office Specialist at NAI Horizon in Las Vegas, Nevada for three years. During this time, she listed and sold the former Coors Distribution and DeLuca Wine and Liquors facilities totaling 160,000 square feet for $5,750,000. She also represented The Freeman Companies/AVW Audio Visual in their lease totaling $3,056,895. She is a graduate of NAI’s Corporate Real Estate Services Training Program (CREST) and handled dispositions as part of a national real estate assignment.

Sample transactions for Lisa while at Lee & Associates include the sale of the former Marianna Industries Manufacturing facility for $4,676,387; the investment sale of Sahara Western Business Center for $2,250,000; the sale of 3220 Pepper Lane for $2,440,000; a sublease on behalf of Cox Communications for $1,877,096; and the investment sale of Barrett Business Center for $2,900,000. Lisa has been involved in some aspect of industrial real estate most of her life. Her family developed and continues to develop large-box industrial real estate in the Charlotte, North Carolina area for three generations. From 1990 to 1994, Lisa presided over a family owned real estate holding company. As president, she handled property management, leasing, extensive renovations and repositioned older industrial properties to be more competitive, increasing rental income by 39% over the four-year period. Lisa maintains ownership and active involvement in some of those projects in Charlotte. In Charlotte, Lisa was the Co-Founder and past Vice-President of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
